CWLCB0020E: The Common Event Infrastructure is unavailable.


Problem:

This error is displayed in Common Base Event browser when you try to retrieve events.

Cause:

There may be many reasons for this error. But the basic cause for this error is , you might not have enabled event data store.

Solution:

Go to Admin Console -> Service Integration -> Common Base Infrastructure -> Event Service -> in Additional Properties click Event Services ->Default Common Event Infrastructure event server

Check the box next to Enable event data store . Accept the default, apply and save the changes.

Don't forget to restart the server.
